About Me

I am a Relational Therapist with over 17-years experience treating individuals, couples, military, adolescents, sexual and family trauma. I am open, direct, curious and engage in knowing the whole person, their history and lived experience to better understand personal traumas and attachment styles.

I was born and raised in San Diego and I love to travel with my children and spouse. As a therapist I have worked in crisis settings, outpatient mental health, with foster youth, non-profit & the military.
